We are based out in the Sumbal division of Kashmir, specifically associated with Mohammad Yousuf Shilvat’s area. Valleypro Infrasolutions Private Limited isn't your typical city office with elevators and lobby guards. We are out where the actual work happens. The surroundings are a bit more quiet than Srinagar, but there is always plenty to do. We handle various building solutions, mostly focusing on things that help the local area. The office is small and functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be fixed or built and then we go do it. It’s a bit cold in the winters here, so we keep the heater going and stay busy. Everyone on the team knows each other well. We don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free takes care of it. Being in Sumbal, we feel connected to the land and the people here. It’s a straightforward life. We do our jobs, handle the paperwork, and try to keep things moving forward. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work for us. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather turns, but we make sure the work doesn't stop for long. We just take things as they come and try to keep a practical mindset.
