ROYALAFFAN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

We set up Royalaffan Construction Services a while ago to handle various projects. We're based over at Kralporamantrigam in Bandipora, specifically at house number 89. That is Mohd Sultan Tantray’s place. It’s a local setup through and through. We handle construction work around this area, mostly. Sometimes the weather around here makes it really hard to get things moving on the sites, but we stay as busy as we can. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something done. It isn't a huge fancy office with glass windows or anything like that, just a regular spot where we get our planning done and manage the different crews. We’ve been working on various building projects in the area for some time now. Dealing with the materials and the logistics of getting trucks in and out takes up most of our day. We just try to get the jobs finished right and on time. It's a lot of physical labor and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things run behind schedule because of the roads, but that’s just how construction goes in these parts. We're part of the community here in Bandipora. If you're walking around Kralporamantrigam, you've probably seen our guys or some of our gear sitting around. We don't spend much time on the computer, honestly. Mostly we are out on the actual sites or at the yard checking the equipment. It's a straightforward business.
