Khuehoam Cements Private Limited

We started Khuehoam Cements out of a spot in Ayitmulla, Bandipora. It is actually located at the place belonging to Ab Rashid Lone and Gh Ahmad Lone. It is a very local operation. Bandipora is a beautiful area, but doing business here means you really have to know the local people and the land. We aren't some distant company based in a different state; we are right here in the community every day. Dealing with cement in this part of the country is straightforward but it is definitely hard work. You have to account for the winding mountain roads and the local demand which changes with the seasons. We keep our operations pretty simple. It is mostly about getting the product to the sites where new houses are going up. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It is just us handling the day-to-day stuff as it comes. Sometimes the phones don't work great up here, or the snow blocks the path for a few days, but we do what we can to stay on track. Our address isn't hard to find if you are from around the Ayitmulla area. People know the Lones. We have been registered as a private limited company because that is the proper way to handle things legally. Mostly, we just focus on the task right in front of us. It involves a lot of physical coordination with the drivers and making sure the loads are secured.
