Connyssero Consultancy is tucked into Siba Plaza, specifically at B 3 1. We are right there at Bandel More, which is a major landmark for anyone living around the Hooghly district. The G.T. Road is right there, so the sound of trucks and buses is basically the soundtrack to our workday. It’s a very local spot. We aren't in a shiny new business district; we are right in the thick of the town's daily hustle. The plaza itself is a bit of an older building, and our office is just a regular room with enough space for our team to sit and get through their work. We’ve been here for a while, and the people in the neighboring shops all know us by now. It’s the kind of place where you stop to chat with the security guard or the guy selling snacks on your way in. Inside, we keep things very basic. There’s no fancy branding on the walls or corporate slogans anywhere. We just have our computers and some filing cabinets. It gets quite busy during the day, but we’ve found a way to make it work. The commute can be a bit of a trek for some of us coming from further out in West Bengal, but being at Bandel More makes it easier since the transport links are decent. It’s just an honest, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role. We keep the kettle going for tea and just tackle whatever comes through the door each morning.
