Our office is located at E 91 in Srinath Vihar, just off Chilla Road. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work without all the noise of the city center. We focus on residency and property management here at Shree Bamdev Global Residency Llp. It’s a bit of a long name for such a small team, but we like what we do. The office is basically a converted room with a few tables and a lot of binders full of property details. We spend a good chunk of our time visiting different sites or meeting with people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. Chilla Road is a busy enough landmark that people can find us easily, but Srinath Vihar itself is much more relaxed. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our meetings usually involve a cup of tea and a lot of talking through the details on a plain piece of paper. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window and keep working by the light. It’s just how things are. We aren't a huge firm with multiple branches; we just focus on this area and try to know it better than anyone else. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to help other regular people with their housing needs. It’s not complicated, and we like to keep it that way for everyone. Anyway, that is what we are about.
