Sanofi-Aventis

This is the place for Sanofi-Aventis, located in the care of Shri J.L. Gupta in Village and Post Kartal. It’s a bit of a trek out here in the Banda district of U.P. but we like the quiet. The village life is different from the big cities. We operate out of a simple building that everyone in the post area knows. Our pin code is 210129. Things move at a different pace here. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, just the basics to get things done. Mostly, it’s about being part of the community. People stop by to talk or ask questions, and we do our best to help out. It's a small team, often just family or people from the village. The roads out here can be a bit rough after the rain, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of employees. It’s just us in a small room with a few desks and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing letters. It gets hot in the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day. There isn't any fancy signage, just the address that people know. We’ve been here for a long time and plan to stay. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We aren't looking to grow too big, just keeping things steady for everyone here. It is a peaceful place to work.
