Rec Banda Incubation Centre Foundation

We are located right inside the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Engineering College here in Banda. It’s a big campus with a lot of buildings, and we have our own spot where we work on the Rec Banda Incubation Centre Foundation. Being around a college means there’s always a lot of energy and young people moving around the place. We aren't a typical corporate office; we’re more of a practical, messy space where things get built and ideas get tested out. Banda is a bit of a trek for some people, but for us, it’s just home. We spend a lot of time with students and local people who have small projects they’re trying to start. It’s not always pretty—there are lots of papers everywhere, old desks that creak, and people arguing about how to fix things that broke. We don't have a polished pitch or a fancy mission statement to show off. We just open the doors in the morning and help people figure out their next steps. The engineering college gives us a good base to work from because we have the tools we need. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen some really interesting things come through. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when the weather is boiling hot in Uttar Pradesh. We don't mind the mess or the noise because it means something is actually happening. If you’re near the college, you can find us easily enough. We're just staying busy.
