Jogini Exim Private Limited is situated out in Village Jarohra, which is part of the Bisanda area in Banda. It’s a long way from the big metropolitan centers, and that’s just how it is. Being in a village means things move at a slightly different pace. Our office is at house number 190. It’s a simple building that blends in with the rest of the village. Most of our work involves export and import stuff, which can be tricky when you’re based in a rural spot. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and making sure the goods actually reach the main roads. The dust gets everywhere during the dry season, and the roads can be a bit rough after it rains. Everyone in Jarohra knows each other, so there’s a lot of nodding and saying hello when we walk to the office. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the local shop or make it ourselves. It’s a very practical way of living and working. Some days are slow and others are completely frantic when a truck is late. We handle all the documentation right here from our desks. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just us working in Banda, trying to keep the business moving forward. We like the quiet of the village compared to the noise of the city, even if the logistics are harder.
