Jdm Buildtech Private Limited is based out of Banda, right near Madiya Naka. If you know the area, it’s by the Futa Kuwa. The office is actually listed under Moti Lal Jadiya’s name since we’ve been here a long time. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big glass building or anything. It’s just a regular place where we get our work organized. Banda is a smaller town compared to the big cities, so word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We focus on building things—houses, small structures, whatever is needed. The work involves a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how building goes. We start our days early before it gets too hot. Dealing with suppliers can be a bit of a struggle sometimes because things don't always arrive on time. We’ve learned to be patient. There is always some paperwork to sort out, but we prefer being out where the actual building is happening. Our address is 210001, so we are right in the heart of things here. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just people from the neighborhood trying to do a solid job. Sometimes we sit outside the office in the evenings just to catch our breath. It’s quiet enough around here. We just take one project at a time and see it through. It's nothing fancy but it works for our small crew.
