We’re located over in Banda, right with the Zila Parishad offices. Grandura Resort And Club Llp is the name on the door, and you can find us care of Nadeem Khan. Banda is a bit different from the bigger cities like Lucknow or Kanpur, and we like that. It’s a bit more direct and honest here. Our office isn’t some high-rise; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. We spend a lot of time talking to local people and figuring out how to make the resort and club side of things work well. There’s a lot of paperwork and planning that goes into it, and we do it all right here. The 210001 area is where we spend our days. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office feels a bit cluttered with all the maps and plans we have lying around, but it’s our space. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write what needs to be said and hope people understand it. Being near the Zila Parishad means we’re right in the heart of how things get done in the district. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going for all sorts of government work, but we’ve found our own way to keep things moving. We’re just local people working on a local business, and that’s plenty for us. Sometimes it gets dusty and hot, but we keep going.
