G Aadarsh Agriculture Diamond Privatelimited operates out of the Fatehpur and Sagar region. Our main spot is with Smt. Malti and Prakash Yadav over at the address in Banda. It’s a bit of a long name for a company, but we are just a small group of people trying to do right by the local farmers. We focus on agriculture because that is what we know. Growing up around here, you see how much work goes into every single harvest. We decided to set this up to help organize things a bit better for the community. It’s not a fancy corporate office with people in suits. Most of the time we are just in regular clothes, drinking tea and talking about the crops or the latest prices at the market. Malti and Prakash handle the paperwork and keep the records in order, which is a big job given how much there is to track. We have our ups and downs, like when the weather doesn’t cooperate or when things get busy all at once. Every day brings a new challenge. It’s important to us that we stay local and keep things simple. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just want to make sure the farming life stays viable for the people living around here and their families. Working together just makes more sense for everyone involved in this line of work.
