Earth Confectionery Private Limited

Earth Confectionery Private Limited is our small company. We are located at F No 203, Sv 175 176 177, in the Himalaya Residency. This is in the Masjid Banda area. It is a residential spot, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We spend our days working on different confectionery items. It is mostly about the small details. We work out of this apartment space, so it is a tight fit. There are boxes and bags of ingredients stacked up in the corners. We do not have any polished slogans. We just try to get the mixing right. Sometimes the humidity in Masjid Banda messes with the sugar, and we have to adjust. It is a lot of trial and error. We have our ovens and our cooling trays set up. The Himalaya Residency is a quiet enough place to work. We started Earth Confectionery because we liked the idea of making treats ourselves. We do not use big machines that do everything for us. We do the work with our hands. It takes time and we often get tired. Our address is just a place where we put in the hours. We do not spend money on fancy websites or ads. We just focus on the candy and the cakes. It is a simple life for us here. We keep the counters clean and the trays moving.
