Anita Skill Development Private Limited

We’re located at 661/6 on Jail Road, right in the heart of Swaraj Colony here in Banda. Anita Skill Development has been a part of this street for quite some time. It’s a standard setup with a few rooms for classes and a small front area where people wait. We focus on teaching practical skills that folks can actually use to find work nearby. It isn't always easy, and some days the electricity is a bit spotty, but we manage. Most of the people who come to us are from around the colony or neighboring parts of Uttar Pradesh. We talk a lot about what jobs are available and what people need to learn to get them. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You won't find any plush carpets here, just sturdy tables and people working. We like being on Jail Road because everyone knows where it is. It makes it easier for people to find us after they finish their regular day jobs. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a new group starts, but we make it work. We don’t do any flashy advertising. Usually, someone just tells a neighbor about us. We keep track of everything in old-fashioned ledgers mostly. It’s simple, direct, and we like it that way. If you’re around Swaraj Colony, you can just stop in and see what we’re doing. There is usually someone here until late in the evening sorting out the schedules.
