We started this place in Banda because people around here needed a spot to get everything in one go. We're over at the Sudheer Bajpai area, right near the Mannu Lal Awasthi Dharamshala. It's just a regular store, nothing like those huge malls you see in the big cities. My family and a few helpers run it. Sometimes it gets really crowded on the weekends, especially when people are off work. We try our best to keep all the shelves filled up, but sometimes we run out of the popular stuff before the next truck arrives. People come in for rice, soap, oil, and whatever else they need for the house. It's not a fancy place, just a hyper mart for the local neighborhood. Dealing with the different suppliers is a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage to get by. We've been at this location for a bit now. The address is H.No-1, and you can't really miss it if you know where the dharamshala is. We just want to make sure the local folks have a place to shop without having to travel too far into the main city. Life in this part of Uttar Pradesh is busy, so having a mart nearby definitely helps everyone out. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. It's just us at the shop every single day. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it's really hot, but we usually get it fixed pretty quick. We know most of our regular customers by their names now. It’s a very simple setup.
