Sona Travels Agency is up on the first floor of the Prahladan Shopping Complex in Palanpur. We are located right at Gurunanak Chowk, which is a place that stays pretty busy with traffic and shoppers. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things are moving fast outside. We have been here in Palanpur for a good while, helping folks with their travel plans. Our office is basic and functional with a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't go in for big decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get business done. We spend our days checking on buses and cars and talking to passengers. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are under repair. We just try to keep everyone informed about their journey. People from all over the area come to Gurunanak Chowk, so we get to meet a lot of different types of people. It’s a local operation, and we don't pretend to be anything more than that. We drink a lot of chai and talk to our neighbors in the other shops. If you are in the shopping complex, just come up the stairs and you will see our door. It is quite a simple setup.
