You can find New Gujarat Travels right across from the bus stand on the Abu Highway Road in Ambaji. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people every single day. Ambaji is a busy place, especially with all the pilgrims coming to the temple, so there is always movement on the highway. We set up our office here because it’s convenient for anyone hopping off a bus or looking to start a journey. Our space isn't very big, but it’s enough for us to manage the bookings and talk to travelers. The sound of buses and horns is pretty much our background music all day long. We deal with all sorts of travelers—some are in a hurry, others are just looking for a way to get home after a long day of prayers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, sitting near the highway, making sure people have a seat on their next ride. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the crowds during festival seasons, which can be quite a challenge. But we’ve lived in Ambaji a long time and we are used to the rhythm of this town. We just keep the records straight and help people find their way. If you are ever near the bus stand on the highway, you will see our sign and can just walk in.
