M/S. Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ecc Division

We’ve been here at A-19 in Tirupati Bungalos for a while now. The ECC division handles a lot of the heavy lifting for the company. Usually, the morning starts with everyone checking their schedules and grabbing some tea from the nearby stall. Palanpur gets pretty hot, so we try to get most of the site visits done early in the day. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular bungalow where we keep our files and meet the crews. Mr. Prasad’s place is easy to find if you know the BK district well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We deal with construction stuff mostly. There are always maps and blueprints spread across the tables. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. People stop by to ask about work or just to deliver supplies. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just desks and chairs and a lot of paper. It’s a busy spot especially when a new project starts up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some days are loud with the trucks moving in and out, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the jobs done and making sure the sites have what they need. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just come in, do the work, and head home.
