Keshar Travels

Keshar Travels has its office in Thara, which is a part of Banaskantha. We are positioned right near Vijay Tokij, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are out near the cinema. It’s a small operation we run here. Mostly, our day consists of people coming by to ask about bus timings or trying to book a seat for a long trip. The fan stays on all day because it gets quite hot in this part of Gujarat. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or other agents to make sure everything is on track. It isn't always smooth, sometimes there are delays or the internet goes down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be some big national company, we just want to help the people in Thara get where they need to go. Often, we stay open late because that’s when people finish their work and have time to come talk to us about their travel plans. You’ll see us sitting at the desk, maybe with a newspaper or a cup of tea, waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Thara is our home, so we know the routes around here pretty well. We’ve seen many changes in the town over the years, but our little office near the theater stays much the same. It’s just a honest way to earn a living.
