Janam Hospital

This place is inside the Kesar Complex which sits right near the Jeevraaj Over Bridge. If you are coming from the bridge you can usually see the building quite clearly. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the layout of the complex inside out. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic coming off the bridge but you get used to the sound after a few days. We spend a lot of time in the back rooms organizing supplies and making sure the equipment is ready for the day. The front area is where most people wait and it can get a little cramped during the peak hours in the late afternoon. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights just the name on the door like everyone else in the building. A lot of folks who work in the nearby shops come over when they aren't feeling well. We keep a ledger for the appointments but sometimes things get shuffled around if someone comes in with an emergency. The floor is made of that old stone that stays cool even when it is boiling outside. We have a small staff and we all take turns doing different tasks like answering the phone or cleaning the glass doors. It is a busy little corner of the city and we are just trying to keep up with the daily flow of people coming through every day.
