Gujarat Pan Palar

You can find Gujarat Pan Palar right in the middle of the Sabzi Market in Danta Village. Being near the Ambaji Temple means there is always a lot of activity and people walking around. We opened up here because it’s where everyone goes to get their daily things. It gets quite loud in the mornings when the market is full, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on serving whoever walks through the door. It is a small shop, nothing too special to look at, but it does the job. My brother and I take turns being here. We know most of the regular faces from the village and the pilgrims heading to the temple. Sometimes the rain makes the market a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes in Danta. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here. We get our supplies early and stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to build an empire, just making sure the shop stays stocked and the customers get what they came for. The location is the main thing for us. If you are near the temple or buying vegetables, you will probably see our small sign. That is basically all there is to know about us and our little spot.
