We work out of the facility at 248 Dediyasan Industrial Estate. It’s a big area filled with other factories and warehouses, so it feels very industrial and hardworking. We work with various appliances here, and the floor is usually a mix of assembly lines and storage areas. There is a lot of noise from the machines and the forklifts moving pallets around the floor. We spend our time putting things together and checking that they work properly before they get boxed up for shipping. The warehouse is quite large, and it can be a bit chilly in the early mornings before the sun warms up the metal building. We don't have a fancy corporate office; our desks are just tucked into a corner near the main production area so we can see what is happening. It’s a place where work comes first, and the atmosphere is very practical. We wear sturdy boots because there are always metal parts or heavy boxes being moved around. Dediyasan is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we are used to the drive by now. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch, but otherwise, we are mostly on our feet. The trucks come in the afternoon to pick up the finished appliances, so that is always the busiest time of day for everyone. We just focus on the assembly and making sure the inventory is tracked correctly every single day in the warehouse.
