If you ever find yourself driving through the Gidc Estate in Chandisar, you’ll eventually pass Plot No. 235/3. That’s where Vaishnodevi Refoils Solvex is set up. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy, just a solid place where we get the work done. The trucks come and go all day, bringing in materials and taking out the finished oil and solvex products to wherever they need to go next. It can get a bit greasy and loud around here, but that’s just the nature of the business we are in. Most of us have been working at this location for a good while now. We know exactly which machine makes that specific humming sound and where to find the spare parts when something needs a quick fix. Chandisar isn’t the busiest place in the world, but the estate stays active enough. We usually have the gates open early to let the air circulate while we start the day’s processing. It’s about keeping the cycles moving and making sure the refinery stuff stays on track. There’s no big corporate board here, just a team of people who know how to handle the equipment. We take our breaks together and talk about the weather or the traffic coming into the GIDC. By the time evening rolls around, we’re mostly just focused on cleaning up and getting ready for tomorrow. It’s just how things are at Plot No. 235/3. We're here every day, doing what we know how to do.
