Rediant Surgical

Rediant Surgical is located over at Plot No. 81 in the Gidc Estate. We work on making surgical tools and equipment. It is a bit different from the heavy industries around us because our work requires a bit more focus on the smaller details. We have a workshop where we do the finishing and the checking of all the pieces. It isn't a laboratory, just a regular workplace with workbenches and some specialized tools. We try to keep things as clean as we can, but it’s still an industrial estate at the end of the day. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The Gidc Estate is a good place for us because we are near other suppliers. We don't have a big sales team. Most of our work comes from long-time contacts who know we are here. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have a big order to finish, but we just put our heads down and get through it. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don't really have time for corporate meetings or fancy reports. We just look at the metal, use the grinders, and make sure everything is shaped right. It is a specific kind of work but we have gotten pretty used to the routine of it over time. The lights in the shop are bright but the floors are always worn.
