Nita Engineering Work

Started at Plot 179 in the Gidc Estate a while ago. It’s mostly just us working with metal and machines every day. The shop gets pretty loud when everything is running, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time looking at drawings or fixing a part that didn’t come out right the first time. It’s not a fancy office. There is grease on the floor and tools scattered on the benches, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the heat in the estate gets a bit much in the afternoons, so we take a break for tea and then get back to it. Most people around here know us as the place near the corner of the block. We don’t have a big front desk or anyone to answer phones in a suit. Usually, if you call, you’ll hear the machines in the background. We just try to get the work done as it comes in. Sometimes the steel deliveries are late and that messes up the schedule, but we manage. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing what we can with the equipment we have. We’ve been at this same spot for years now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we'd rather focus on the lathes and the milling work. It’s a simple life here at Nita Engineering Work, just keeping the machines turning.
