Bhagya Lakshmi Store

Bhagya Lakshmi Store is right in the middle of Janta Market here in Taluk Satlasana. It is a small shop, but we try to keep a bit of everything that people in the taluk might need for their kitchens or homes. I am usually behind the counter from early morning until we close late in the evening. It is a family-run place. My brother helps out when things get crowded on market days. We have bags of rice, lentils, spices, and all the usual stuff. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we run out of something, which is a bit of a pain for the regulars. The shelves are a bit crowded because the space is tight. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by name. It is not just about selling things, it is about being part of the community here in Satlasana. We do not have a fancy computer system, just a ledger and some pens. It works for us. The market gets very loud and dusty, especially during the festivals. We just keep the door open and wait for customers. We try to keep our prices reasonable because we know people work hard for their money. If someone needs something special, we try to order it in for the next week. It is a simple life, but it keeps us busy and connected to everyone around here. We have been at this spot for quite a while now and plan to stay.
