Balaram Palace Resort

This place is located in Chitrasani Village, right along the Abu-Palanpur Highway Number 14. It is a large property, quite different from the small shops in the city. Because we are out on the highway, we see a lot of people traveling between Gujarat and Rajasthan. The building itself is old and has a lot of history to it, which you can see when you walk around. We have rooms for staying and a place to eat as well. It’s not like a modern glass hotel; it has thick walls and old-style windows. The grounds are quite big, and we have to spend a lot of time keeping the plants and the open areas tidy. It can get very quiet out here at night, which is a change from the noisy highways. We have a small staff who live nearby in the village. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of our location, but that's just part of being out here. We don't have a big marketing team, so we just rely on people seeing us from the road or hearing about us from others. It's a big, practical building that needs a lot of upkeep. We do our best to keep everything running for the guests who stop by. It feels more like a big old house than a corporate hotel. We've had the same gate for years.
