Our setup is located in Hansalpur, which is a small part of the Becharaji area. We are actually based at number 16 in Patelvas. It is a bit of a residential feel because we are care of Patel Bhikhabhai Jividas. You know how it is in these villages, everyone knows where the main houses are. We have been operating from here for a bit now. It is a quiet spot mostly, though the morning hours can be a bit busy with people moving around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we manage our manpower things. Ahmedabad is quite a distance away but we are still tied into that region. The local community here in Mandal taluka is very close-knit. We see the same faces every day. Our workspace is pretty modest. We have a few desks and the usual equipment needed to keep things running. Most of the work involves talking to people and keeping track of names and schedules. It gets dusty sometimes when the wind picks up across the plains here in Gujarat. We just try to keep the place tidy and stay on top of the paperwork that comes in. It’s a simple life and we like having our roots right here in the village where we can be reached easily by anyone who lives nearby.
