Amarmedicalstore is located right opposite the Gayatri Mandir. Having the temple nearby means there’s always a bit of peace around, even when the street gets busy with people coming for their daily prayers. Our shop is quite simple and we’ve kept it that way for a long time now. We mostly focus on having the right medicines in stock for whatever people are looking for. It’s a small space, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the boxes on the shelves. Every day we see people who are visiting the Mandir and stop by to pick up something they forgot or their regular prescriptions. We don't use any loud signs or complicated marketing to get people in. Most just see us across from the temple and walk in. We spend a lot of our time talking to customers, making sure they understand what they are buying. Sometimes we run out of something and have to call around to get it back in stock quickly, which can be a bit stressful at times. It is just a local business run by people who live right in the area. We know the names of the kids who come in with their parents. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, making sure the shelves are full and the shop is tidy enough for our neighbors. It’s a quiet but busy life we have here near Gayatri Mandir and we wouldn't change it.
