Our place is at 229 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate. It's right by the Post Chandisar in the Banaskantha area. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know what it’s like. Lots of trucks, the smell of manufacturing, and plenty of dust in the air. Adarsh Derivatives Ltd. has been operating from here for quite some time. It's not a glamorous spot, just a lot of concrete and metal. We get to work early before the sun gets too hot, though it’s always warm in Banaskantha. The office is inside the main building, and it’s usually filled with the sound of machinery from nearby units. We don’t go in for big presentations or fancy slogans. We just focus on the production and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the shift. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don’t need to say much to get the job done. Lunch is usually spent sitting outside if there’s a breeze, or just at our desks. It’s a straightforward life. We deal with suppliers and logistics every day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the gate stays clear for the deliveries coming in and out. We are just one part of this big industrial puzzle in Chandisar, and we’re fine with that. No need for anything more than good, honest work. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast.
