We have got our little space in Dhanera at the Balaji Plazza. It is on the first floor, office number 15. Banas Kantha is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. We set this up to help people who want to save together. It is a mutual benefit kind of thing, which basically means we look out for the members. The office is pretty basic. We have some wooden chairs and a big table where we do the work. It is not very modern, but it does the job. Usually, the morning is the busiest time when people come in before they go to their own work. We listen to what they need and try to help with the paperwork. Sometimes the printer acts up, but we manage. People in Dhanera know us as the local spot for keeping their savings. We do not have a big marketing team. It is just us. We drink a lot of chai and talk to everyone who comes through the door. It feels more like a community group than a formal office. We try to be honest about how things work. No complicated words or hidden stuff. Just plain talk. If you are at Balaji Plazza, you can not miss us. We have been here a while and plan to stay for many more years. It is a good way to help the town grow a bit and keep things moving.
