Our office for Shivgiri Farmer Producer Company Limited is in Kapasiya, within the Amirgadh Taluka. We are set up at the place of Desai Maljibhai Sanklabhai. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of the village area. Being in Kapasiya means we are surrounded by the people we serve. We don't have a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular house and office space where we handle the business of the farmers. The address is simple because everyone around here knows where the Desai family lives. We spend our mornings checking the mail and talking to the farmers who walk over to see us. In Amirgadh, the pace of life is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. It gives us time to focus on the details of what we are doing. We keep our records in order and make sure everything is moving along as it should. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together to help the local agricultural community. It gets hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going while we work through the paperwork. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it is honest work and we are glad to be part of the village.
