We've been at 33, Iscon Residency in Deesa for a while now. It's right across from the Hawai Pillar on the Palanpur Highway. Mostly we just handle the daily operations from this office. People in Banas Kantha know where we are. It’s a quiet spot, but it works for us. We started Oceair International Private Limited because we saw an opening for this kind of work in the local area. Sometimes it gets busy, other times things are slow, but that’s just how it goes in business. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of the time we're just focused on the paperwork and making sure everything moves along. The heat in Gujarat can be a lot, especially being right on the highway like this. We usually keep the fans going and just keep at it. Some days are long. If you're coming from the highway, you'll see the pillar first. We aren't hard to find. We've got a small team here. Most of us have lived in Deesa or nearby for years. We know the roads and how things work around here. It's not a complicated setup. We just try to keep things moving. We deal with various bits and pieces throughout the week. It keeps us occupied. No big secrets here, just a group of people working out of a residency building. We like the location well enough.
