You can find us over at Somnath Society, which is part of the Maheswari Society area in Tharad. We are right off the Sanchor Highway. Arvindkumar T Chaudhari is the one who really got this whole thing moving for us. We focus on food and beverages, mostly snacks that people can grab quickly. Being so close to the highway means there's always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by all day and night. Our building is number 5. It’s not a very big place, just a simple structure where we do the packing and storage. We have a few local guys who come in to help with the heavy boxes when we have a big shipment. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the ingredients we get from the local markets nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things from one shelf to another. We don't have any fancy equipment, just the basics that get the job done for us. Sometimes the heat in Banas Kantha is a bit much, so we start really early in the morning to beat the sun before it gets too high. We are just a local group trying to make a living and provide something useful for the community. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing the trucks.
