We don’t have any fancy carpets or soft chairs here. Everything is built for durability and work. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork that comes with market trade. It's a lot of data entry and checking figures. We’re an LLP, so we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. There’s no hierarchy here really, just people working together. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open.
