You can find us right across from the Pinak Petrol Pump, near the APMC marketyard. We’re located at Survey No. 215, taking up several plots from 17 to 21. It’s a decent sized space near the hills. Dhiyaan Buildspace Llp is just what we call ourselves when we are working on these projects. Most days we are out in the sun or looking over site plans in the office. It gets quite loud around here with the market nearby and all the trucks coming and going, but we don't mind the noise. We deal with construction and making sure things get put up correctly. It’s hard work and the days are long. We often have to coordinate with different suppliers which can be a bit of a headache. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but that's just how the building trade goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. We've got a couple of regular workers who have been with us since we started. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of tiles and bricks everywhere. We find that people just want someone they can talk to directly without a lot of corporate talk. That's why we stay here. It's a good spot for us. The hills in the background look nice in the mornings before the dust kicks up from the petrol pump and the market. It’s how we pay the bills and keep everyone employed.
