BUILDERS ASSOCIATION PALANPUR BANASKANTHA is currently based over at Aditya Realty. You can find us at Aditya Green, which is right across from R J Prime in the village of Zundal. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here, but it’s where we do all our coordinating. Even though the name mentions Palanpur and Banaskantha, this is where we handle the day-to-day things right now. We are essentially a group for people in the building trade to connect and deal with shared issues. It isn't a fancy setup at all, just some space within the realty office where we can meet and talk. There’s always someone coming in or out with some news about a new project or a change in rules. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us chatting and trying to keep the local building community on the same page. Sometimes the office gets pretty loud when a few of us are there at once, but that’s just how it goes. We deal with a lot of local regulations and try to help each other out when someone gets stuck on a project. It’s more of a collective effort than a strictly run business. We just wanted a place where builders could have a voice and get things sorted out without too much trouble. It’s been working out okay for us so far, even if we are a bit far away.
