Arshal Gems Mfg Llp is located out on the Chhapi-Pirojpura Road in Village Chhapi. We have a shop in the Orchid Complex, specifically Shop 202 in Wing-B. It is right across from the HDFC Bank, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Vadgam is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things feel a bit more relaxed here. Our shop is just a regular room where we do all our manufacturing work. We don't have a lot of extra space, but we make it work for what we need. The complex gets quite a bit of foot traffic during the day because of the bank and the other shops nearby. We usually open up early and stay until the work is finished. It is not a polished corporate office. It is a working shop with tools and materials scattered around where they are needed. Sometimes the power goes out in the village and we have to wait for it to come back on. That is just part of living and working here. We are just a local team doing our best to keep the business running. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look fancy for visitors. It is an honest place where we work hard every day. We know our neighbors and we enjoy being part of the community here in Chhapi. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
