We are located out in Village Reharamafi, over in the Madhpur area of Utraula. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something going on with land here. Sk Sohail Khan started this because there was a need for someone local to help with real estate around the tehsil. Most people around here know us. We don't have a glass building or anything. It's just a regular office where we sit and talk to people about their fields or their houses. The work involves a lot of traveling between the village and the main town area. We spend a lot of time standing out in the sun looking at boundaries. It’s practical work. We deal with the paperwork that comes with buying or selling property in this part of the state. It can be slow sometimes, waiting on things, but we just keep at it. People come to us because they want someone who understands the local land. We aren't fancy. We just know the area well. Most days it's just us and the local farmers or builders coming in for a chat. We make sure everything is handled properly so nobody gets a surprise later on. It’s just how we operate daily. It's a simple life out here, and we enjoy the pace of the village work. We don’t have much in the way of city comforts, but we have what we need to do the job right for everyone involved.
