Krishna Computer

Krishna Computer is right behind Bhandar Khana, tucked away in Mohalla Purab Tola. If you know where the Hanuman Temple is, you basically know where to find us in Ward No-13. We’ve been sitting in this spot for a long time now. Most of the work we do involves fixing old laptops or getting printers to stop jamming. It gets pretty dusty in here with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. People come in with cracked screens or computers that won’t turn on, and we just see what we can do. It’s not a shiny showroom. There are cables everywhere and usually a few keyboards waiting for parts to arrive. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at motherboards under the light. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to find a part, but that’s just how it goes with older machines. We grew up around here, so we know most of the families in the mohalla. It’s a quiet enough area until the temple bells start ringing in the evening. We don't really do fancy advertising or anything. People just hear about us from their cousins or neighbors. We keep the shop open until late most nights because that's when people usually realize their computer is broken. It’s just a small place, doing what we can to keep the local tech running without too much fuss or high prices. It's a living and it keeps the mind sharp.
