Our business, KISMAT JANKI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, is based in Balrampur. We are located in Patel Para, which is part of the Gamhariya area in Kanchan Nagar. The office is set up at Kh. No. 35/3, a space we share through Amar deep Singh. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s just a simple building in a regular neighborhood. Surguja is a beautiful part of Chhattisgarh, but the work here can be quite physically demanding. We spend a lot of time traveling between different spots to check on our projects. Back at the office in Patel Para, things are usually a bit calmer. We have our files, some chairs for guests, and a lot of notebooks filled with measurements. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy marketing. We just focus on the construction work we have in front of us. Some days we are dealing with supplies, other days it's about finding the right people for a job. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. The neighbors in Kanchan Nagar are friendly, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything gets built the way it should be. We stay busy and try to keep things moving forward. That is really all there is to our story. It’s just us working out of Balrampur every day.
