Manidhari Fab Tex

Manidhari Fab Tex is located at E140 in the Second Phase Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means it’s not the prettiest place to look at. There are a lot of factories around, and the roads are usually full of big lorries loading and unloading stuff. Our unit is just like the others—functional and a bit grey. We spend our time inside with the machines and the fabric. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We don’t have a reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor checking the rolls of cloth or talking to the drivers. We’ve been at E140 for a few years now. The air is always a bit dusty, and the sun beats down on the metal roofs, but we have our routines. We start our shifts early and usually finish up late when the light starts to fade. It’s hard work, and we don't try to pretend it’s anything else. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just make sure the production keeps moving so we can get the orders out on time. It’s a straightforward operation here in the second phase, and we’re just one of many businesses trying to get the job done.
