B. I. Group Of Industries

You can find the B. I. Group Of Industries out in the Industrial Area Phase III in Balotra. Our plot is F-280. This part of Barmer is quite dry and dusty, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units is constant. Our facility is a bit rugged. It’s a large space where we handle the production and storage. The walls have some stains, and the floor is concrete, which gets hot in the summer. We don't have a fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting rooms. Mostly, it's just the sound of work being done. Our workers have been with us a long time and they know the routine. We don't go for any of that modern management stuff; we just tell people what needs to be done and they do it. There's a small office area where we keep the ledger books and handle the phone calls, but most of the action is on the floor. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is tired. But we’ve been in Balotra for a long time and we’ve built this up bit by bit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just care that the work is finished and the trucks are loaded on time. It’s just how things are done in Phase III and we are used to it all by now.
