Bharati Hospital

Our hospital is located behind the Laxminarayan Mandir, near Gita Bhavan. It is a quiet enough area most days, except when there is a festival at the temple. We have been operating here as a community hospital for quite a while. We aren't a big chain with a board of directors. It is just a group of us working in these rooms. The building is simple. We have the usual equipment and beds. We see a lot of the same families over the years. We handle basic medical needs and emergencies that come through the door. It is honest work. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to help the people who walk in. Sometimes it gets very busy and we all have to run around a bit more than usual. The nurses are usually the ones keeping everything organized. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our patients come because they live nearby or their parents came here before them. We keep our records and do our rounds. Sometimes the plumbing in an old building like this gives us trouble, but we get it fixed. It is just a normal hospital. We are here every day, through the nights too. It is just what we do. We don't try to be anything more than a reliable place for the neighborhood to visit.
