We are based in Baloda Bazaar, specifically in the Matadewalay Ward. It is quite close to the main market area, so there is always a lot of movement around us. Being a dall mill, we deal with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just the nature of the work. The building itself is older and has seen a lot of seasons. We have been part of this taluka for many years now. People around the market know us as Baba Dall Mills. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping the machines running. We don’t spend much time in an office; we are usually out where the work is happening. The space is filled with bags and equipment. It’s not a fancy setup, but it gets the job done. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the rhythm of the place. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we just have to fix it and keep moving. We don't have any big marketing brochures. Most people know what we do because they see the trucks coming and going. We just try to produce the bags of dall every day. It's a steady life here in Baloda Bazaar. We are just regular people making a living in the heart of the town. We don't have any grand plans. We just keep the mill running as long as there is work to do. It is noisy and hard, but it’s our life.
