Shimpi Garment Industries Private Limited

We’ve been here at Binba Gate Road for a while now. It’s right across from the Congress Sewadal Hostel, so people find us easily. We handle different kinds of garment work. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s just the usual pace. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space where we get things done. Most of the people working here are locals from around the ward. We spend our mornings checking the fabric and making sure the machines are running okay. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on finishing the orders that come in. Some days the road gets crowded, especially being so close to the hostel. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while discussing what needs to be finished by evening. Shimpi Garment Industries Private Limited is just us trying to make a living and providing work for a few folks around here. We don’t go for big talk or promises. If you walk past the hostel, you’ll see our place right there at 194 Balvir Ward. We just keep our heads down and work. It's been this way for a bit now. We appreciate the neighbors who stop by. Dealing with garments means there is always thread everywhere and boxes stacked up. That is just how it is. It's a simple life and we are okay with it.
