Vasava Engineering Construction

We are located right within the Ultratech Cement Ltd grounds at the Hirmi Cement Work. Being based in Hirmi, Raipur, means we are right in the thick of the industrial action. Most of our day is spent around the cement plant, working on various engineering and construction tasks. It’s a dusty place, and there is always the sound of heavy machinery in the background. We have a small office on the site where we keep our tools and logs. Chhattisgarh gets really hot, so we usually start our shifts as early as possible to beat the midday sun. The crew is a tough bunch, used to the grit and the long hours. We don’t have fancy furniture or air conditioning in the site hut, just the basics to get the job done. Our work is practical. We fix things, build new sections, and make sure the structures are solid. Dealing with the cement works means we have to be careful with safety and timing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s essential for the plant to keep running. We talk in simple terms about what needs fixing today. No one here cares about corporate talk or big promises. We just want the work to be finished correctly so there aren't any issues later on. If you come out to the Hirmi site, you’ll see us in our gear, probably covered in a bit of dust. It is just life.
