Our office is set up in Andi Dondi Lohara, which is out in the Durg area. We are located at the premises of Gokul Ram Sahu. It’s a bit of a different setting compared to a typical city office because it’s a lot more quiet and tucked away. The pace here is a little slower, which actually helps when we are looking through clinical research data and keeping everything organized. The building is a simple structure that fits in with the local houses in the Andi area. We have a few rooms dedicated to our research work, with desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that; people mostly know us by word of mouth in the local community. Dealing with clinical research involves a lot of careful record-keeping, so most of our day is spent at our computers or looking through physical files. We usually bring our own lunches and sit together in the small porch area when the weather is nice. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the work finished. Being out in Durg, we avoid the main city traffic, which is a nice bonus. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work where we just focus on the tasks at hand.
