Sana Tour Travels

Sana Tour Travels is based out here in Umarganj, Ballia. It’s a local place run by people who live right in the area. We don’t have a giant office with neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a simple setup where we help folks get where they need to go. Ballia is a place where everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast. We mostly help people with bus bookings, train tickets, or renting a car for a few days. Sometimes families come in because they want to go on a pilgrimage or visit relatives in another state. We sit down with them and look at the calendars to see what works. We’ve got a few drivers who know the roads around here really well, which helps when the weather gets bad or the roads are under construction. The office can get a bit dusty since it’s right near the road, but we keep it tidy enough. There’s always a pot of tea going and someone usually drops by just to chat for a minute before asking about a fare. We don’t use any complicated software or fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure the bookings are solid. It’s been this way for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure people in Umarganj have a reliable way to travel without too much fuss.
