RV23 Buildmate Private Limited is located near the Hanuman Cold Storage on Belthara Road. We are set up care of Sri Prem Narain Singh. Ballia is our home, and that’s where we do most of our business. It’s a bit of a landmark, being near the cold storage, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We aren't a huge company with a lot of departments. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living in the construction supply and building trade. We handle a lot of materials. You can usually see stacks of stuff waiting to be moved to different sites. The dust is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time talking to truck drivers and suppliers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the phones don't work great out here, so we have to go see people in person. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the supplies where they need to go and build things that don't fall down. Ballia is a good place to be, even if it’s a bit quiet compared to the big cities. We know most of the other builders around here. We try to be fair with everyone. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until night. We like it that way.
