Rising Brothers Realestate Private Limited is based out in Rasauli, part of what folks around here call the Brother Group. We aren't some big city firm; we are just based right here where we grew up. The office is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it’s where we do all our business. Rasauli is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so news travels fast. We mostly deal with land and houses in this immediate area. We don't use fancy software for everything—sometimes a pen and a big ledger work better for us. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and you can tell when you walk in. There might be some noise from the road or someone bringing in snacks, but we stay busy. We don't have a polished pitch or a bunch of brochures. Usually, we just talk to people about what they are looking for and see what's available in the village or the nearby plots. Things move at a different pace here compared to the big cities, and we are fine with that. We’ve had some of the same people coming back to us for years. It’s just about being there every day and keeping the doors open. We keep our records in order as best we can, even if the filing cabinet is a bit jammed sometimes. If we aren't at our desks, we are probably out at a site or grabbing a quick lunch nearby. It is a very practical way of doing things, and it keeps our feet on the ground.
